Seville, the soulful capital of Andalusia, where orange blossoms perfume the streets and centuries of history echo through its patios and palaces. From flamenco rhythms to Moorish arches, the city invites you to get lost in its charm, savour its tapas, and walk through layers of Roman, Islamic and Christian heritage. To fully enjoy the local atmosphere, your centrally located hotel allows all visits to be done comfortably on foot.

TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

Seville: Explore the elegant capital of Andalusia, discovering the charming Santa Cruz Quarter, the iconic Plaza de España, and the magnificent Seville Cathedral with its Giralda Tower. Visit the Royal Alcázar Palace, Las Setas viewpoint, and the historic bullring, while enjoying time to experience the city’s lively streets and local atmosphere.

Día 1: ARRIVAL SEVILLE

Upon arrival at Seville Airport, transfer you to your hotel. Check in and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Overnight in Seville.

Día 2: SEVILLE: HISTORY & BAROQUE HERITAGE

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your local guide and begin a walking tour through the historic city centre.

You will explore the charming Santa Cruz Quarter, with its whitewashed houses, narrow lanes and flowered balconies – the former Jewish neighbourhood full of legends and hidden corners. From there, you will continue to the majestic Plaza de España, the architectural icon of the 1929 Ibero-American Exhibition, with its semi-circular building, colourful tiles and canal. Next, stroll through the peaceful Murillo Gardens, filled with history and Mediterranean greenery. The morning continues with a visit to the Hospital de los Venerables (entrance included), an outstanding example of Sevillian Baroque architecture, housing a richly decorated chapel and a tranquil central courtyard. Lunch will be served at Restaurant Pasaje Tapas, including a selection of tapas and 1 drink.

In the afternoon, enjoy free time in the city. We suggest visiting Casa de Pilatos, one of Seville’s most beautiful private palaces. Explore Calle Fabiola and Plaza de la Alfalfa, with local shops and bars and cross the river to Triana, the traditional ceramic quarter.

Overnight in Seville.

Día 3: SEVILLE: CATHEDRAL, GIRALDA & LAS SETAS

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your guide and head to the historic centre to discover two of Seville’s most iconic monuments.

Begin with a visit to the Cathedral and Giralda Tower (entrance included), the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Inside, you will see the tomb of Christopher Columbus, Magellan’s chapel, the Sacristy and the Treasure Room, home to the crown of the Virgin of the Kings, adorned with over 12,000 precious stones. You will also admire paintings by Murillo, Zurbarán and Goya. If you wish, you may climb the Giralda, a former minaret turned bell tower, for panoramic views over the city.

Continue with a visit to Las Setas (Metropol Parasol) (entrance included), a modern wooden structure built above the remains of Seville’s old market. From the top, you can enjoy stunning views of the old town. Lunch will be served at Restaurant Pando, including a premium menu with starter, main course and dessert.

The afternoon is at your leisure. We recommend visiting the Archivo de Indias (free entry), a UNESCO-listed archive. Enjoy a drink in Plaza del Salvador, a lively spot among locals and discover the shops in Calle Sierpes and Calle Tetuán.

Overnight in Seville.

Día 4: SEVILLE: ROYAL PALACE & BULLRING

After breakfast, meet your guide and continue exploring Seville’s royal and cultural legacy.

Begin with a visit to the Royal Alcázar Palace (entrance included), an exceptional complex of palaces and gardens blending Moorish, Gothic and Renaissance elements. Still used as a royal residence today, it offers a journey through centuries of architecture, from intricate plasterwork to lush courtyards and tiled halls. Next, visit the Real Maestranza Bullring and Museum (entrance included), one of the oldest and most prestigious in Spain. The museum offers a glimpse into the history of bullfighting and the role it played in Seville’s identity. Lunch will be served at Restaurant San Marcos, including a standard menu with starter, main course and dessert.

Afternoon at leisure. We suggest taking a walk past the Royal Tobacco Factory, now home to Seville’s university. If reopened, visit the Hospital de la Caridad, with works by Murillo and stroll along the Guadalquivir River crossing the Triana Bridge.

Overnight in Seville.

Día 5: DEPARTURE SEVILLE

Breakfast at the hotel and private transfer to Seville Airport for departure.

Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in Spain. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting religious or official buildings. Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat and mosquito repellent in summer can be very useful during your stay.
